iPhone OS 3.0 Available from June 17th Worldwide

Apple has announced today at WWDC that the iPhone OS 3.0 software will be available worldwide on June 17th and today for developers. It will be available for free for iPhone and iPhone 3G customers who want an OS upgrade. While iPod Touch users have to pay $9.95 to get iPhone OS 3.0.

Apple announces Mac OS X Snow Leopard, Shipping in September Priced at $29

Apple has officially announced the next version of Mac OS X, titled “Snow Leopard” at WWDC today. It will be shipped in September and will be priced at $29 upgrade for existing Leopard users. Users of older versions of OS X have to shell out $129 for a full update.
