Apple iPad is available for preorder now in US
The much awaited Apple iPad is up for preorder now and the device is expected to be at your door step on April 3rd if you order it today, in US. The WiFi enabled 16GB flash storage, Apple’s touchscreen tablet is currently available to order priced from $499. As of now, the orders for iPad are accepted only in the US and there is no confirmation yet about the price of the iPad and when it will be available outside the US.
You need to wait until this April if you are willing to have a 3G enabled version of iPad that uses an unlocked GSM modem with AT&T compatible bands and a microSIM card. The models with the capacities 16GB, 32GB and 64GB are available at $629, $729 and $829 respectively.
