Tritton announces MWS300 USB thin client for Microsoft Multipoint Server 2010

Microsoft has brought up Multipoint Server 2010 OS that would allow multiple users to connect to a single computer and get their work done, which in turn saves money and time of an organization or a school. Microsoft has designed specifically to make users to access one computer from the distance in a parallel style.
Tritton has introduced a new multiuser thin client device called MWS300 especially for Microsoft Multipoint Server2010 which is expected to be launched this year. A server supports up to 10 MWS300 devices and provides an independent desktop to every user and gives them a feel that they are working locally. The MWS300 connects to the server with a single USB cable and features VGA out for video, audio and mic ports, and four USB ports for connecting peripherals like a mouse and keyboard. It supports Video resolution up to 1600 x 1200 for standard displays or 1680 x 1050 for widescreen displays.
TRITTON’s relationship with Microsoft is aimed at providing government, education, and enterprise institutions a low cost multiuser configuration that provides the end users with a genuine Windows experience. By sharing a single server with multiple users through TRITTON Technologies’ USB workstations, organizations can reduce costs on hardware, software licensing, power, and administration costs.
Pricing of the MWS300 is not known yet and would announce the price before its release.
