Google Nexus One Smartphone Official Image1 Google charges additional ETF if the end users cancel the contract early

Is that an err by the company if the customer did not read the contract thoroughly? We rarely read the terms and conditions before purchasing a product that come with long contracts, but there is lot more to think about if we violate or cancel the contract which will be clearly mentioned. Google charges those who cancel the contract of Google Nexus One Smartphone early.

If any user goes in detail and read the contract from top to bottom, they would notice that Google has mentioned clearly that they charge $529 from their credit card for the full purchase price of the Nexus One if the end users cancel the contract early. The real rub is that the cancellation fee is in addition to any early termination fees from the carrier.
