Team X092 Flash Team announces Dual interface USB 2.0/eSATA X092 flash drive

In the recent times, we have seen few of the dual interface flash drives released into the market that runs on the latest and faster USB 3.0 connectivity. Team has announced a new dual format flash drive that boasts an eSATA and is based on USB 2.0 interface instead of faster USB 3.0 interface. The Team X092 USB diskFire shadow do not need any power adapter and it draws power from the USB 2.0 port to power the eSATA drive. The drive is based on a quadruple channel technology and writes the data faster on to four storage devices at once.

Team reads the data at a rate of 110MB/sec and writes at 40MB/sec when connected via eSATA. With the above mentioned speeds, the drive takes just 42 seconds to copy a 4.5GB movie file. The drive will come out in 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB storage capacities.There is no word on pricing and release dates yet.
