The devices with USB 3.0 support are queued up to be exhibited at CES 2010 which will be held at Las Vegas on January 7-10. Super Talent and Symwave have teamed up to show the USB 3.0 RAIDDrive at CES 2010. The drive measures 3.75″ x 1.5″ x 0.5″ and employs the Symwave SW6318 device will be available in 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB memory space. The RAIDDrive is claimed to be ten times faster when compared with others and offers 300 MB/sec. There is no need of any cables or power adapters as the drive can be easily plugged into the USB port just like a thumb drive. The drive uses parallel channels of NAND flash in RAID 0 configuration to achieve the performance.
