Most of the times, Google wins the fight and the website owners will be left with no other option and give up the fight by handing over to the domain names. If you look at the figures, out of 65 claims against different domain names, Google have lost only twice.

This time, Google claimed arbitration against the owners of a Canadian website that has the domain name as Groovle.com and the verdict is quiet opposite to what they have expected. The owners of the Groovle.com fight back and say that the National Arbitration Forum, which is ICANN accredited, have approved that their domain name is not confusing and similar to the Google.com domain name.

Google always strives to mark their presence and takes prior measures so that others doesn’t have the domain name resembling to them and divert the end users attention.
