According to the spread rumors, two new Apple devices are in process, one being a 5MP Camera for the next-gen iPhone tipped along with a 7-inch size for the much-speculated Apple Tablet. According to DigiTimes, the news is confirmed that CMOS manufacturer OmniVision have got orders from Apple for the production of a 5 MP sensor for the 4th-generation iPhone, which is due to release by the end of the year, 2010.

OmniVision currently supplies the 3.2-megapixel CMOS for iPhone 3GS, along with the video camera sensor used in the iPod nano.  They have not confirmed yet officially apart from wide spread rumors. According to BGR, a 7-inch Apple Tablet is set to release in January, but it is still not clear whether this would come along with the 10-inch Apple Tablet or not.
