From now onwards, the car cameras will not only track what is happening inside but it does the job for outside too which is very useful to record as an evidence of crashes to know how exactly the collision has taken place. Dash Cam Dually (DCD) is in-built with two 1.3MP cameras fixed supported with GPS, a digital compass, an SD Card with additional storage and a shock-sensor. Through this one can trace out through the recorded videos whether the driver has committed the mistake or it’s the fault of others.

Four infrared LEDs are used to record the nighttime collisions, and everything is recorded to an SD card complete with time/date logs, speed, location, direction and other details. Recorded video can be viewed by just simply inserting the SD card into an SD card reader. The SD Card reader plugs into your USB port, and comes with the pre-loaded software to view the recordings. The GPS feature helps you out to locate the location where the accident took place with the help of Google Map.

The viewing software bundled with the device shows you both the camera angles at once, additionally it pulls up a Google Maps location for any point during playback.  If you have enough storage, then you can save the video with no limits which is very helpful to monitor the driver of your vehicles and keep them a check if their driving is not up to the standards.

But the device costs you more with a price tag of $385, though it really comes for a good use. Let’s hope the price of the device will be available at an affordable price, so that all the vehicle owners would purchase it and control the rate of accidents.
