Verizon’s Samsung Omnia II set to release on December 2 for $199.99

Much awaited Samsung Omnia II is due to ship to the telesales, online and stores of Verizon on December 2, reports Engadget who have had a look at the Verizon launch pack for the phone. The handset will retail to stores with a price tag of $199.99 on contract after a $100 mail-in rebate.
The Omnia II is featured with a 3.7-inch WVGA AMOLED touchscreen is resistive, an internal storage of 8GB and a microSDHC card slot to expand the storage up to 32 GB, 5MP camera, Bluetooth v 2.0 / USB 2.0 / Wi-Fi connectivity and the device runs on an improved version of Windows Mobile 6.5 Pro instead of Windows Mobile 6.1. The device comes with a talk time up to 10 hours and runs 430 hours when it is standby mode.
