Qualcomm announces smallest mobile FLO TV

Qualcomm today has commenced its smallest handheld FLO TV Personal Television via the Internet.  It will be a mobile TV for which the consumers are looking forward to experience. The much-expected gadget from FLO TV Incorporated conveys live and time-shifted substance and will be obtainable at Amazon.com and Best Buy.

The palm-sized device measure 3 by 4.4 by 0.5 inches with a QVGA capacitive touchscreen and it is miniature enough to fit in your pocket. It weighs 5 ounces and features a 320×420 display screen which will endow you with a good television experience. It comes with stereo speakers, integrated flip-stand and a battery giving 5hrs playback time and 300 hours on standby. FLO TV offers from the world’s best entertainment brands, together with Adult Swim Mobile, CBS Mobile, CNBC, COMEDY CENTRAL, FOX News Channel, MSNBC, MTV, NBC 2Go and Nickelodeon.

RadioShack will initiate advertising the device online and in stores this festival season. The device which does not receive mobile DTV signals from broadcast stations will be priced at $249.99 including six months subscription. The company made a note saying that the customer’s credit card after 6 months will be charged with the then current monthly subscription rate after.
