Verizon Wireless Offers three new Mobile Broadband plans
It’s a good news for the mobile users who wants to get connected to internet and access on the go paying to the period of their use. The wish is fulfilled through Verizon Wireless USB760 Modem. Now, the Verizon has come up with new Mobile Broadband prepaid data plans to hook the mobile users. The mobile modem will be available from November 16th at Verizon Wireless Communications Stores and at Best Buy locations with a price tag of $15 added with a 75MB allowance.
It offers you pay as you go prepaid plans, which allows customers to use Verizon 3G networks for fast access to internet. The data plans introduced are daily, weekly and monthly basis, whereas the daily plan is available for $15 per day which allows you to download up to 75MB and weekly plan priced at $30 per week allows you to download up to 250 MB and with monthly plan available at $50 you can download up to 500 MB of data.
But the prices are higher than what Virgin Mobile’s Broadband2Go offers you who use the same USB6760 modem, rather it uses the Sprint’s network. Virgin Mobile costs $10 for 100 MB over 10 days, $20 for 250 MB over a month, $40 for 600 MB and $60 for 1 GB. So it looks like Verizon offers you the same service at an extra cost.
This is an excellent offer for Laptop users to connect to internet easily through mobile modem, Verizon Wireless USB760 looks like a general pen drive containing inbuilt antenna, a microSD slot with an expansion of memory up to 8GB and supports major operating systems such as Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Linux and Mac OS X 10.4(Tiger) or 10.5(Leopard).
