ASUS Eee PC T91MT multitouch netbook listed for US pre-order

The ASUS has now come up with a preorder in the U.S with newest model Eee PC T91MT-PU17-WT with multi-touch. It delivers ultimate portability and simplicity with an easy-to-use touchscreen that enables user to effortlessly navigate applications and the Web at a press of a finger. This will be the world’s smallest and slimmest touch PC.

The 8.9 x 6.5 x 1 inches Touch LED LCD Display laptop gets upgraded with the technical features like the 1.33GHz Intel Atom Z520 processor, 1GB RAM, 2GB Max and a slot and weighs 2.1 pounds. The T91MT’s new multi-touch feature makes for yet easier map-reading, allowing you to zoom in and out, flick and rotate at ease with only two fingers by means of the touch screen.

The updated model brings you a 32GB SSD i.e., original 16GB SSD and free 16GBSD card, collective with a 500GB Eee storage plus 20GB of free Eee storage online on the T91 . The preinstalled Touch Gate software makes surfing the Web, navigating all the way through folders and accessing your favorite applications uncomplicated and resourceful. The netbook provides multi-touch functionality, Windows 7 Home Premium (32 bit) OS, WiFi b/g/n and Bluetooth connectivity, USB and VGA ports and a battery life of 5 hours.

As said by the Amazon Germany, the netbook will dispatch in 2-3 weeks to the U.S, but the exact release date is not revealed yet and the pricing is said to be $549.
