Roundshot Livecam D2 HD Webcam has 66 million pixels

Swiss company Seitz Phototechnik AG has announced a prologue of the new Roundshot Livecam D2 HD. With HD resolution which is 2 times the resolution of 1080p, a stupendous picture quality and extensive functions the new camera is the finest one.

An additional function for the new camera is time-lapse – for large construction sites or for film production companies. Its image quality is far finer to the traditional video webcams and the vertical resolution is 2,048 pixels leading to a 66 million pixels of any possible angle (up to 360degrees).

The camera is set with a digital RGB scanning sensor, dynamic colors and a high sensitivity, allowing us to take the images even under complicated lighting conditions (for example at night). Thanks to the 2x full-screen that the image is presented so well as if beautiful pictures of a hotel, a city, a harbor, an airport etc are posted on the internet.

Thanks to its abundant programmed workflow and flexible construction, the camera requires little maintenance. The new Roundshot Livecam D2 HD is available now and costs 6′490 Euros (9′800 CHF) including the high resolution camera with lens, cables, waterproof case and software.
