eviGroup reveals complete Specs of Android based Wallet MID

eviGroup has revealed full specs of their touchscreen Wallet MID which was under development for very long time. Wallet MID is a 5-inch Android tablet and is based on a Samsung ARM 533MHz or 667MHz CPU, a RAM of  128MB or 256MB along with a 800 x 480 display which will run Android OS 1.5 (with a subsequent update to 1.6) added with WiFi b/g, GPS and integrated 3G.

Additionally it is included with a microSD card slot with a support up to 8GB and an internal memory of 2, 4 or 8GB. The Wallet is additionally featured with a 3.5mm headphones jack, a built-in speaker, two miniUSB ports, a 2-megapixel camera, an FM transmitter and a Li-Ion battery.

The device measures 116 x 77 x 14 mm and weighs just 200g and is expected to launch first in France either by late December or early January 2010 and later in Europe at a price of €300 ($440).
