iPhone OS 3.1 is Now Official, Update Now

Apple has today announced iPhone OS 3.1 update for all its iPhone and iPod users who has iPhone OS 3.0 installed. The update to OS 3.1 will bring you some bug fixes from the previous versions and also the Apps store has been beefed up with more applications. Now the App Store has over 75,000 applications giving users various options. All these apps will now come with Apple’s Genius Media Algorithm.

Apart from that there is also Ringtone store which has over 30,000 ringtones from some popular bands and artists. iPhone and iPod users can download these ringtones for $1.29 per ringtone.

This update is available for free to all iPhone and iPod users with iPhone OS 3.0 and can be downloaded from iTunes now.
