Verizon launches UMW190 USB world modem, Ideal for data-hungry travelers

Though Verizon has plenty of world phones already through which you can talk wherever you may be,but you would have not heard about new 3G modems which can be operated on domestic and international data networks. Today Verizon Wireless has announced their new 3G USB modem for world travelers, named UMW190. The UMW190 supports Dual-Band CDMA Revision A, Tri-Band UMTS/HSPA and Quad-Band GSM/GPRS/EDGE networks allows you to access the internet virtually from any corner of the world when this modem is connected to your computer.
The UMW190 is a Microsoft windows compatible added with a pre-installed SIM card for use outside the country, a sliding cover, a visual studio indicator also allows text messaging from your computer and is attached with an USB extension cable.
Verizon Wireless 3G USB modem UMW190 will be shipped to stores from the next month priced at $49.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate added with a 2 year agreement. If you are a world traveler and access to internet is a must for you,this is the device you should buy.
