Nokia N97 Mini finally gets Official, Priced $640(€450), Arriving in October

Nokia has officially unveiled the much rumored N97 Mini at the Nokia World today. Like the large N97, N97 Mini is also a QWERTY slider but features a 3.2-inch 640×360 touchscreen display while the larger N97 had 3.5-inch display size, the built-in memory space has been cut down from 32GB to 8GB but it still have the microSD slot which can compensate the low disk space.

The other hardware specs are kept same like the 5-megapixel camera, GPS and the WiFI. The new N97 Mini will get some additional widgets along with an updated Ovi Maps which let you to directly publish your GPS location to your Facebook page  from the homescreen through the Ovi Maps-facebook integration.

Nokia N97 Mini has been priced at €450 ($640) before taxes and subsidies, but Nokia has said that it will be available “free of contract” in many markets. N97 Mini is expected to ship in European markets by October but there is no word on when it will come to US.
