Samsung has come up with another variant of their existing Intel laptop. This new AMD variant of the MSI Wind U210 is dubbed as the MSI Wind U200. It is powered with a 12.1-inch thin high resolution (1366 x 768) display, is light weight, and has the AMD’s Neo processor from AMD’s Yukon range when compared to the Intel CULV processor in MSI U200.If you’re after something smaller, such as the new 12-inch Wind U200, the Neo-based U210 version will also save you around €150, as the U210 is shipping at €399 to €449.

The new variant comes in two models:

The one is MSI Wind U210-002 which will be initially available in Europe, will be available at a retail price of around €399 (approximately Rs.27, 868), and will feature AMD Athlon Neo NV-40 processor with 1.6GHz, 1GB RAM and 160GB hard drive to enhance the performance. It offers a Video Card of an ATI Mobility Radeon X1250 GPU with a connectivity of Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, support for Ethernet 10/100, HDMI-out, Bluetooth 2.0, optional external DVD burner.

The other model MSI Wind U210-010 which costs up to €499 (approx. Rs. 31,360) is bit more expensive when compared to the previous U210-002 model because this incorporates most of the same features like the CPU, ATI Mobility Radeon etc as Wind U210-002 except the 2GB RAM and a hard disk with a capacity of 250GB.The other common features of these notebooks include a webcam, three USB ports, standard 6-cell li-ion battery, and measures 297mm x 190mm x 31mm.
