BenQ unveils LED-backlit V2400 and V2200 Eco monitors

BenQ has announced two new widescreen eco friendly monitors with LED-backlit in their V-series – the 24-inch V2400 Eco and 21.5-inch V2200 Eco.

Both the models are full HD having 1080p resolution with a high dynamic contrast ratio of 5,000,000:1. These monitors are also power efficient consuming 36% less power than the traditional CCFL displays and added to that consume 30% less power when in eco mode. To add more eco friendly features to it, the packaging of the monitors is done with 28 percent recycled plastic.

Both the models will be available soon in China while BenQ has not disclosed their prices as well as the availability in US and other markets.
