Averatec reveals thin, full-speed N3400 13-inch portable aluminum notebook

TriGem have announced their Averatec N3400 13-inch thinnest and light-weight Portable Aluminium Notebook, which weighs only 1.74kg and the thickness measures in between 0.4 and 0.98 inches .It comes with a bunch of Intel’s Pentium T3400 dual-core CPU at 2.16GHz, 3GB of RAM, Intel GMA X4500HD graphics, 250GB SATA hard drive, 802.11 Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, 1.3 megapixel webcam, and Vista Home Premium along with 3 USB ports, a 4-in-1 card reader and a VGA output. The N3400 replaced the optical drive with a USB based external DVD Burner in order to reduce the weight of the notebook and to give it a stylish look.

Averatec N3400 will be mostly seen in the offices and classrooms as it is targeting the demands of Business professionals, entrepreneurs, corporate executives, sales people and students .The product will give you a one-year limited warranty along with one-year of technical support, and is available at around $799.
