LG announces next generation Chocolate phones, To be launched in August
LG’s Chocolate handsets were a huge hit selling over 21 million units worldwide. LG will be releasing the so called “next generation chocolate phones” in their “Black Label” series and will have upgraded features while maintaining the style and sleaky design its predecessor has offered.
LG has said there won’t be any regular LCD panel on the new Chocolate. Might be it will make way for the OLED panels. Tweekers.net has got some info about the Chocolate phones that they may sport an 800×344 display and 21:9 aspect ratio. The model number of the new handset might be LG BL40. Well this info might have come from the phone’s UA profile on the LG’s website. From the same UA profile we got some more info that the new chocolote mobiles will be running on LG’s own OS, may have Obigo Q7.3 browser and may sport a 5-megapixel camera.
There is no official info on the complete specs, pricing and availability of the handset apart from those spectacular pictures and teaser video which LG has released. We have to wait till August for the official launch to get the complete specs and other details.
