17 FCC Sanctions Magellan Maestro 4700
Magellan Maestro’s new portable GPS system the 4700 PND has cleared the FCC testing and ready to hit the market from 15 of July. Its specs are still unofficial but some resources we got it has 4.7-inch touchscreen with Bluetooth and voice commands as well as live traffic option. It also includes microSD cars memory slot and USB connectivity for charging.

It also offers Magellan’s One Touch interface which provides some emergency locations with common POI searches and records. It requires Traffic Link adapter that would have to be purchased separately to see live traffic updates. Pricing has not yet been cleared but we don’t need to wait more now.
