HTC has launched a new Android phone HTC Hero smartphone at an HTC event in London today. This is another Android based smartphone followed by HTC Dream and HTC Magic by HTC. This handset also the first Android smartphone that is bringing Adobe Flash player support for web browsing. It has been designed with a new technology called ‘Sense’ which is used for Windows Mobile Devices with HTC Touch.

It includes a 3.2-inch HVGA TFT LCD screen with Google’s Android operating system. It runs on Qualcomm’s 528MHz MSM7200A processor and has a 512MB ROM with 228MB of RAM to facilitate faster browsing experience.Other features, it is providing that it has 5-megapixel camera, built-in internal GPS antenna, lithium-ion battery that offers 7.8 hours talktime over GSM, microSD card slot, 3.5mm audio jack for music.

HTC Hero will be shipped for Europe in July while Asia in late summer and North America it will be late 2009. Price has not yet been declared. But configuration says it will hit the market and make a good image among Android smartphones.
