Hanwha VM-TL7 7-inch WVGA LCD Monitor now available
Usually secondary LCDs are connected to the computers or notebooks via the USB ports. But Hanwha Japan’s new 7-inch LCD monitor, VM-TL7 connects to your computer via a D-Sub VGA port and not the USB port. Now this will be a bit of trouble for desktop users who want to use both the main screen and secondary LCD like the Hanwha’s VM-TL7 as they would need a dual head graphics card to access both the screens. Notebook users need not worry as most of them have a VGA output.
The 7-inch display features 800×480 WVGA resolution, 200:1 contrast ratio, a 450cd/m2 brightness and a 30ms response time. The whole thing wheighs just 600g and measures 172×115x24mm.
The VM-TL7 is available in Japan and online now and is priced around $223.
