Archos unveils Archos 9 Windows 7 Tablet PC

Archos at a press event in France unveiled a nine inch touchscreen UMPC, Archos 9 tablet PC which runs on Windows 7 OS.

The tablet features a 1024 x 600 Touchscreen display, an Atom Z515 1.2 GHz processor, an 80GB disk space, 1.3-megapixel webcam, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB 2.0 port, a dual-antenna DVB-T digital TV tuner and support for 3.5G HSPA WWAN. As a complete Tablet PC it measures 256 x 134 x 16 mm and weighs under 800 gms.

The Archos 9 PC Tablet will be available in September / October and will be priced from €500 ($705).
