iPhone 3G S Processor and RAM Specs Revealed, 600MHz and 256MB

iPhone 3G S was recently revealed at WWDC, but that time Apple was mum on its specification details. But their carrier in Netherlands, T-Mobile has posted iPhone 3G S processor and RAM details on their website.

iPhone 3G S processor speed has increased from 412MHz to 600MHz and RAM is almost doubled from the previous models to 256MB. Also 3G S has a new PowerVR SGX graphics chip that supports OpenGL ES 2.0. We have to wait till we get hands on the new iPhone to get the exact specifications.

The iPhone 3G S will be shipping on June 19th priced at $199 for the 16GB model and $299 for the 32GB model.
