118 Acer will launch 3D Aspire laptop in October 09

Acer is going to launch its 3D Aspire laptop on October 2009. According to Campbell Kan, VP of Acer’s mobile computing business unit, the 15.6-inch Aspire 3D notebook will reach to market at the end of the October this year. You will need to wear 3D stereoscopic glasses to experience the 3D view by the laptop.
Acer will provide a pre-installed software which is capable to take 2D images and convert into 3D. As well as hardware has been developed by Wistron and Acer. Still it is not clear that this laptop will use NVIDIA like the HP 3D laptop that has been planned to launch with NVIDIA’s GeForce 3d technology, already in rumors back in April.
In spite of that Kan stated that Acer is also working on its third-generation netbook which will offer a concept as MIDs or smartbooks with strong network connectivity which will be planned to launch in the second of the third quarter of 2010.The Acer’s Aspire will run Windows 7 that will be pre-installed and the release date to be October this year.
