Google Chrome was announced  last year for Windows OS, now a fresh version is being released for MAC and Linux operating system. It is available for download now.

Chromium blogger said that this is only for developers right now. Chromium is an open source project on which Google Chrome is based on. The MAC and google chrome logo Google Chrome for MAC and Linux OS?Linux Google Chrome is in initial stages and is too buggy and  incomplete. You can’t change privacy settings as well as the YouTube videos. The Chromium blogger advised MAC and Linux users that “DON’T DOWNLOAD THEM” by warning message added to Chrome release.

Google intimated that works in progress. They specifically stated that ” In order to get more feedback from developers, we have early developer channel versions of Google Chrome (Google Chrome reviews) for Mac OS X and Linux, but whatever you do, please DON’T DOWNLOAD THEM! Unless of course you are a developer or take great pleasure in incomplete, unpredictable, and potentially crashing software.

How incomplete? So incomplete that, among other things , you won’t yet be able to view YouTube videos, change your privacy settings, set your default search provider, or even print.”

So Google workers are working to rebuild some Chrome components to make compatible itself for other operating systems beyond Windows. Google announced that they will release a beta version as soon as the Chrome is good compatible and stable but when? It will take some time just wait and watch.
