Pharos has released their new twin carrier capability smartphone, Traveller 137. Yes it will work with both AT&T and T-Mobile 3G Networks in US.

The Traveller 137 features 3.5” touch-screen WVGA display, Windows Mobile 6.1 OS, Qualcomm MSM7201A 528MHz Processor, 3.1 megapixel camera with video capture and a 0.3MP VGA user facing camera, tri-band UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA, quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE cellular modems, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, FM tuner and microSDHC card slot. The device gives up to 4 hours of talk time and 200 hours of standby.

You can get  Pharos Traveller 137 at $350 on a two-year T-Mobile contract or $600 unlocked.
