Black Nintendo Wii and red DSi coming to Japan this summer

Nintendo Wii was available only in white color from its release. After so much time, Nintendo decided to give it a new color. They announced a black Nintendo Wii officially known as the KURO Wii will hit Japan this summer just after the red DSi hits there a month before Wii.

The Black Wii will be available starting August 1st along with similar colored Wiimote, Nunchuck, and Classic Controller Pro. The Black Wii is priced at 25,000 yen ($260) after taxes with the Wiimote, Nunchuk and Classic Controller Pro priced at 3,800 yen ($40), 1,800 yen ($19) and 2,000 yen ($21) respectively.

The red DSi will land a little early on July 11th and join the white, black, pink, lime green and metallic blue versions already available in Japan. The red DSi will be priced at 18,900 yen ($197) after taxes.
