Today at E3 conference, Microsoft has announces some new features to their Xbox Live. As previously announced by Microsoft, they are bringing back their Zune video streaming service offering high definition 1080p streaming content with 5.1 audio on Xbox 360 and will be available in 18 countries.

In addition to that Xbox Live now integrates with Facebook and Last.fm where your Facebook account can be linked with your game profile and games will support Facebook Connect for sharing content online.

Then there is Twitter integration where you will be able to see tweets and post new tweets from the console. Also Netflix streaming is coming to Xbox Live. If that was not enough Xbox Live members in the UK and Ireland can watch live or on-demand TV with BSkyB on Xbox.

But above all, the major update will be that the Xbox users can now get fully downloadable retail games which can be purchased with credit card.
