Sony Announces World’s Smallest HD Video Camera

Sony’s has announced their new High Definition Camera, MCB1172 which Sony claims to be world’s smallest camera with the size almost as small as a coin.

Though the camera is very small but it boasts features comparable to any mid size video camera. Designed for use in security and industry, it has got 8.3 Megapixel camera lens measuring  just 9.5 x 7.1mm and  is capable of shooting 720p, 30 fps video with movie stabilization, face detection, autofocus and motion autofocus while slow motion movies can be shot at 120 fps.

It has also got high sensitivity mode and option for 16x zoom.

Although price of this product is not mentioned but we can expect it to hit markets later this year.
